Postage Conditions and Guidelines

  • Postage times will vary from state to state (Australia Wide) and country to country (Internationally).

  • No enquiries or orders will be processed after hours, over the weekend, or on public holidays.

  • Online customers can choose between regular post and express post within Australia; and airmail or surface mail internationally.

  • Goods will be sent via Australia Post or with any other nominated freight courier.

  • Power Brakes postage days are Monday to Friday only.

  • Power Brakes will have goods to Australia Post within 48 hours of completion of the order.

  • Power Brakes (SA) Pty Ltd is not responsible for postage transit times. However, Power Brakes will ensure your goods are posted as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

  • Full refunds will be issued if product is deemed faulty. However, other conditions for full refund may be negotiated between Power Brakes (SA) Pty Ltd and the buyer.

  • Items purchased must be returned within 28 days after buyer receives it.

  • Refund will be given as money back or, if an account customer, account credited, excluding freight.
